Call recording is used to provide client peace of mind and issue resolution.
The technology suite is housed in a dedicated air-conditioned locked environment within a modern full height racking system.
Our call centre is located in a site that benefits from dual power supplies from the national grid and is sitting on the main fibre optic hub for Kent.
We have a 2mb fibre internet connection to the outside world.
All operators are provided with desktop PCs that are less than 18 months old and use 17” flat screen panels.
In-house and online backups are done daily.
